No Refunds Policy

FUD Crypt maintains a strict NO REFUNDS policy. Once a payment is made and processed, it is final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all subscription plans, including Starter, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Reasons That Do NOT Qualify for Refunds

• Dissatisfaction with the service or results
• Detection by antivirus software after build
• Technical issues or build failures
• Change of mind after purchase
• Inability to use the service due to user error
• Account suspension due to terms violation
• Service downtime or maintenance
• Changes to service features or pricing
• Forgetting to cancel before renewal
• Purchasing the wrong plan

No Chargebacks

Attempting to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through any payment processor or cryptocurrency exchange will result in:

• Immediate and permanent account termination
• Ban from all future services
• Forfeiture of any remaining subscription time
• Potential legal action to recover funds

No Arbitration

We do not participate in any form of third-party dispute resolution, including but not limited to:

• Forum arbitration services
• Escrow dispute resolution
• Third-party mediation
• Community-based dispute systems

Our decision on all matters is final. Any attempt to initiate external arbitration will be considered a violation of our terms of service.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However:

• No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time
• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Cancellation does not entitle you to any prorated refund
• Unused builds do not carry over and are not refundable

Before You Purchase

We strongly recommend that you:

• Carefully review all features and limitations of each plan
• Understand that our FUD rate is 99.99%, not 100%
• Read our Terms of Service in full
• Ensure you understand how the service works
• Verify that you have the technical knowledge to use the service

Acknowledgment

By making a purchase on FUD Crypt, you explicitly acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this refund policy
• You agree that all sales are final
• You waive any right to request a refund
• You will not initiate chargebacks or disputes
• You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision
