Attempting to initiate a chargeback or dispute will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from our services.

• While we maintain a 99.99% FUD rate, we cannot guarantee 100% undetection as antivirus companies continuously update their signatures
• Build limits are enforced per plan and cannot be exceeded
• Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in termination
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms without refund
• Service availability is not guaranteed; downtime does not entitle users to refunds or extensions
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time

4. Dispute Resolution

By using our service, you agree that any disputes will be resolved according to our terms. We do not participate in any arbitration services, escrow disputes, or forum arbitration. Our decision on all matters is final and binding. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our service. Purchasing a subscription constitutes full acceptance of all terms and policies. Any attempt to dispute through third-party platforms or forums will be considered a violation of these terms.
